Unlike traditional medical visits that focus on a single complaint, this comprehensive program provides an in-depth evaluation of your spine, joints, movement, and overall musculoskeletal health—creating a personalized roadmap to help you continue doing the activities you love for years to come.

 

Executive Performance Evaluation

Founding Member Enrollment: $2,500

​

Your program begins with a dedicated 2-hour one-on-one evaluation with Dr. John Hong, including:

• Comprehensive medical, orthopedic, and functional history

• Detailed musculoskeletal and neurologic examination

• Functional movement and mobility assessment

• Fluoroscopic evaluation of the spine and joints (when clinically appropriate)

• Diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound of joints and soft tissues (when clinically appropriate)

• Comprehensive review of prior imaging studies (MRI, CT, and X-rays)

• Personalized discussion of current concerns, future risks, performance goals, and treatment options

 

To preserve the personalized experience and physician accessibility that define the Parkview Executive Performance Program, membership is intentionally limited.

 

Personalized Executive Performance Report

 

Following your evaluation, you will receive a comprehensive written report summarizing:

• Key examination findings

• Imaging review and interpretation

• Areas of concern and future risk

• Personalized recommendations

• Injury prevention strategies

• Treatment options, when appropriate

• Your individualized Performance & Longevity Roadmap

 

One-Year Executive Membership

Enrollment includes 12 months of exclusive member benefits, including:

• Priority scheduling for office visits and procedures

• Direct physician access for non-urgent medical questions and guidance through secure messaging or designated communication channels during business hours

• Expedited physician review of outside imaging and diagnostic studies

• Dedicated care coordination for referrals, imaging, and treatment planning

Annual Performance Reassessment

• Compare changes in mobility, function, strength, and musculoskeletal health

• Update your personalized Executive Performance Report

• Refine your treatment and prevention strategy
